Renee Touma Makeup reserve all rights to refuse any order you place with us at any time. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person. This includes orders placed using same customer account, credit card and billing/shipping address.

If at any time, you send specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send us creative suggestions, ideas and plans, you thereby grant us the right and license without compensation to you.

Renee Touma Makeup will not be held liable for comments/feedback made on our website by people using our website.

Once delivered, risks of the goods will pass on to the customer.

DELIVERY RATES AND SHIPPING TIMES

We will deliver all goods in accordance to the shipping method chosen at checkout. Renee Touma Makeup will not be held liable for any shipping delays or errors made by a third party. All delivery times quoted to you are an estimated period only.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

For sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our items. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken item YOU MUST email info@reneetoumamakeup.com and we will investigate the item and consider a replacement free of charge. After 24 hours of receiving your items, a faulty claim can no longer be made. In regards to our lashes, all our lashes are hand made individually and will NOT be identical to one another. By purchasing our lashes you agree and understand this and accept we do not offer refunds/exchanges unless lash is broken and cant be worn.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards only.
