DO YOU TRAVEL?
Renee Touma ONLY travels for bridal makeup and on location shoots. Makeup Clients who wish to book with Renee Touma are required to travel to the studio located in Earlwood, Sydney Australia. ALTHOUGH our Senior Artist does travel for Makeup Bookings for a minimum of 3 people.
DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL TRIALS?
Yes, we do. Please visit our bridal page where you will find all info in regards to bridal packages, pricing and trials.
HOW LONG WILL THE MAKEUP LAST?
The Makeup will last all day with no touch ups needed besides lips due to drinking and eating. Renee Touma is a professionally trained makeup artist who will set your makeup allowing It to be long-lasting and looking as beautiful as it did in the first hour as it does in the 9th hour.
WHAT BRANDS DO YOU USE?
At Renee Touma Makeup, we only use the highest quality brands. Some of the brands we use are but not limited to: Mac, Napoleon, Estee Lauder, Nars, Too Faced, Huda Beauty, Inglot, Tarte, Bobbi Brown, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Laura Mercier, Smashbox, Hourglass and MUCH more.
HOW LONG DOES A MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?
A Standard Makeup Application can take anywhere between 45 minutes – an hour. The duration for a special effects application varies depending on the look you choose.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A MAKEUP ARTIST?
Renee Touma Makeup suggests booking in for your occasion at least a few months in advance although we do take last minute bookings. Formal season tends to be booked out or almost booked out almost 6 months prior so it is best to book in as soon as your formal date has been confirmed.
CAN I WAX/SPRAY TAN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Renee Touma Makeup recommends waxing at least 5 days prior to your makeup appointment as wax can remove skin and make it hard for makeup to adhere. Fake tans are best applied two days before your event so there’s time for the colour to set.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times are dependent on your selected shipping method and destination. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REUSE A PAIR OF FALSE EYELASHES?
This depends on which lashes you purchase. Our Mink lashes are individually hand made from real mink fur and can between twenty to thirty times if maintained. Our Synthetic Lashes are made from high quality synthetic fibres and can last up to 15 wears if mantained.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS?
Any orders outside of Australia may be obliged to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The customer is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Renee Touma Makeup does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Renee Touma Makeup does not offer any exchange or refunds due to sanitary purpose. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent to you please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can access/investigate and consider a replacement.
DOES RENEE TOUMA MAKEUP HAVE A MUA DISCOUNT?
Yes, we do. A makeup artist discount is provided for makeup artists who work in the field and would like to purchase a bulk amount of lashes. For more information, please visit our MUA DISCOUNT page.
HOW DO I APPLY, REMOVE AND CLEAN FALSE LASHES?

IS LASH ADHESIVE INCLUDED WITH LASH PURCHASES?
No, lash adhesive is not included. We recommend using the brand DUO which is a best-selling lash adhesive.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. Please allow a few days for this email.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, make sure none in your household or building has received your package. Contact your local post office to see if they have it on hold for you. If still not found, email email@example.com and we will further investigate.
