Our business operating hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

Shipping Details

 All orders are processed within 2 business days from date of payment.

Within Australia

If you order using our regular shipping service, please allow 3-6 business days for your parcel to arrive. If you order using our express shipping service, although we endeavour to have your products delivered the next business day, please allow 1-2 business days for your parcel to arrive.

International

 If you order using our regular shipping service, please allow 4-14 business days for your parcel to arrive. If you order using our express shipping service, please allow up to 4 business days for your parcel to arrive. Rates vary depending on your location.

Our Policy

 Exchange/Refund Policy

For sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our items. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please email info@reneetoumamakeup.com and we will investigate the item and consider a replacement free of charge.

Customs/Duties

 If your International order attracts any customs duties and taxes, you will be responsible for payment of these duties and taxes.  We will not be held liable for any of these charges.
